Spring Move In 2023

 

Spring Opening

All residence halls open at 12:00 p.m., the Thursday (1/5/2023) before the first day of class for the Spring Semester and campus dining halls open for lunch that day.  There is no set move in schedule for Spring.  New students will check in the Neighborhood Service Offices for their Hall (see below.)

Returning Students- don’t forget to bring your key(s) and key fob back to campus with you. 

Residence Halls Over Break

All halls are closed during official University semester break: halls close at 10 a.m. on December 15, 2022 and ends with the halls reopening at 1 p.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2023.  Students are expected to vacate their room 24 hours after their last exam unless they are participating in the fall graduation ceremony or changing rooms for break. Students must vacate the premises during this period and note that all exterior doors will be closed and your entry fob/key will not unlock the doors. Be sure to take all needed possessions, such as medications and valuables, with you when you leave for the break. A $50 fee will be charged for anyone that needs emergency access to their room (if staff are available.)

  • Thursday, January 5th Normal Hours (College Hill open at 8am instead of 7:45am)
