Fleming Residence Hall

One of three historic halls in the Central neighborhood, Fleming Hall houses approximately 170 male and female students. Nearly identical to ECU’s original residence halls — Jarvis and Wilson —  Fleming’s brick structure reflects the Spanish-mission style. Room and window sizes vary because of the hall’s historic nature. Located just a short walk from many classroom buildings and the Joyner Library, Fleming Hall features double rooms with community bathrooms on each floor. As in all ECU residence halls, every room is air conditioned and includes a microwave oven and small refrigerator. Laundry facilities are available in the building along with lounges where students can study or relax with friends.

Information provided is for the most common layout for double rooms. Single rooms usually only have one bed, and may only have one set of room furniture, some single rooms may have a second set of some of the furniture if it is a temporary single for that academic year.
