Legacy Residence Hall
Located in the College Hill neighborhood, Legacy Residence Hall houses approximately 470 male and female students. Legacy returns to service in Fall 2026 following an extensive yearlong renovation. Legacy Hall now features a new elevator, along with a new building entry lobby and atrium. Legacy continues to feature a central laundry room, a study room on each floor, as well as a refreshed first floor lounge formerly known as the basement lounge. The hall features 100% individual restroom spaces with private fixtures, providing Pirate Nation more privacy than ever. It has double rooms sharing a community bathroom on the floor. As in all ECU residence halls, every room is air conditioned and includes a microwave and small refrigerator.
Information provided is for the most common layout for double rooms. Single rooms usually only have one bed, and may only have one set of room furniture, some single rooms may have a second set of some of the furniture if it is a temporary single for that academic year.
